My name is Ashleigh, I am happily married to my college sweetheart, a Mom to two teenagers, and I have a spoiled cat and pet chickens! I love reading and talking about books. Books have been a part of my life ever since I can remember. My parents used to read to me every night at bedtime and going to the library was a regular habit. I even created my own “library” in my bedroom with note cards as my “catalogue cards.” The Chronicles of Narnia, Anne of Green Gables, and A Wrinkle in Time are some of the series that really cemented my love of reading.  As an adult, Harry Potter really gave me back my reading mojo! I later discovered YA when I read the Twilight series and then shortly thereafter, The Mortal Instruments series. My favorite genres are YA fantasy, NA Fantasy, romance, historical fiction, and a good old fashioned mystery. When I am not reading, I love watching/chatting about tv shows or the latest movie on social media. You’re never too old to do what you enjoy!
